Hilton Head Prep 7, Thomas Heyward 3: Creighton Quinn went 3-for-3 with four RBIs and also tossed a complete game to lead Hilton Head Prep (10-11 overall, 4-5 region).
DeAnte Scott and Patrick Andrews each had two hits and two runs scored for the Dolphins, who play at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Porter-Gaud.
Scott Malphrus went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs, JA Malphrus was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and one RBI and Logan Mock went 2-for-2 with two runs scored for Thomas Heyward (7-11, 1-7), which plays at Hilton Head Christian Academy at 7 p.m. Thursday.
